As some of you will already know, Croatia Select was originally established to offer affordable holiday homes and residences in the beautiful "green cradle of Croatia", the Zagorje region. However, since those early beginnings, we have gradually expanded our portfolio and can now offer properties in most areas, both Inland and at the Coast, to suit your budget and requirements !
So why Croatia ?
Well....apart from the fact that it is a beautiful country with friendly people and a huge variety of landscapes....from the hills, valleys, rivers and lakes of Inland Croatia to the miles of beach and crystal clear waters of the Adriatic, consider this:
The cost of living is MUCH lower than the UK, which means your money goes a LOT further !
Croatia has one of the lowest crime rates in Europe....so you can feel secure, both as a resident or as a holiday-maker.
Membership of the EU has been approved, and Croatia is scheduled to join in 2010, which means that property prices will surely rise.
And......as an added bonus, the arrival of the low-cost airlines such as Ryanair, Wizzair, and Easyjet means some great deals are available on flights to Zagreb, Rijeka, Pula, Split and Zadar - plus Graz (Austria), Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Balaton (Hungary) which are all close to Croatia, too !
