Welcome to Croatia Select - a British, family run, estate agency with English speaking staff located in many regions of Croatia.
We have done our very best to make our website as easy to use as possible but, just in case you are new to computing or need a hand, here's what to do:
Option 1 - watch the scrolling Featured Properties on the right of the screen until you see something you fancy - then click on it (stops the screen) for further details. Please note: the Featured Properties are only a small selection of what we have to offer.
Option 2 - click on one of the regions on the interactive map (a the bottom of this screen) and a list of all properties in that area will be displayed.
Option 3 - fill out the Property Search box on the left of the screen with your personal requirements (click on the interactive map to fill in the county / region information box or select ALL)
Option 4 - to Browse All Properties on offer, untick all the Property Search boxes and click on the the Other Searches red button.
Option 5 - for our Prime Selection and special properties, set the county box to ALL and click on the Other Searches grey button.
Once you find a property you like, keep the details handy by using the Add to My Shortlist button, which will store your choices for easy future reference. Also, when you Contact Us by email or ask for a Free Info Pack, the list of your favourites will be automatically sent to us for easy reference.

Well....apart from the fact that it is a beautiful country with friendly people and a huge variety of landscapes....from the hills, valleys, rivers and lakes of Inland Croatia to the miles of beach and crystal clear waters of the Adriatic, consider this:

The cost of living is generally lower than the UK, which means Croatia is a great place for inexpensive holidays or settling down !
Croatia has one of the lowest crime rates in Europe....so you can feel secure, both as a resident or as a holiday-maker.
Membership of the EU was approved on 10th June 2011 which means that property prices will surely rise.
And......as an added bonus, the arrival of the low-cost airlines such as Ryanair, Wizzair, and Easyjet means some great deals are available on flights to Zagreb, Rijeka, Pula, Split and Zadar - plus Graz (Austria) and Ljubljana (Slovenia) which are close to Croatia, too !
